About Us

Robert K. O’Reilly is a partner with Ademi & O’Reilly, LLP. He served as a law clerk for Circuit Judge Daniel A. Manion of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit from 1997 to 1999 and for Chief Judge James E. Shapiro of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin from 1996 to 1997. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1996, Order of the Coif.

Prior to law school, Mr. O’Reilly worked for the U.S. House of
Representatives, and the United Nations Development Programme. He studied in Barcelona, Spain and Toronto, Canada, graduating from Trinity College at the University of Toronto.  He is fluent in spanish.

He has represented thousands of clients in federal matters, and litigated over 30 cases to the United States Court of Appeals.
